- What items do you offer and what should I do if I can't find the item I'm looking for?
To date, we offer the following items:
- Jerseys: classic version, version player , retro version, special edition, women's jersey
- Kids set (jersey + shorts)
- Baby kit
- Tracksuit
- Windbreaker
In case you do not find the jersey you want by searching in our search bar dedicated to this purpose, please contact us and notify us so that we can add the jersey desired as far as possible, and this, as soon as possible.
- What is the difference between a player version jersey and a classic version?
A player jersey is the one worn by players during official matches and often has the cut of the jersey close to the body. The classic jersey is the one intended for the general public, for supporters.
- Are the flockings and badges affixed directly to the jerseys?
Yes, we offer official and vintage flocking for retro jerseys, our badges are also official badges.
- Which size to choose?
Regarding the sizes of our items, please rely only on our size guide available on each product sheet as well as in our section Size Guide.
- How do I wash my swimsuit?
We recommend washing your swimsuits inside out, in cold water and by hand. Do not twist it to wring it out. Air dry at room temperature.
NB: Do not machine wash or dry clean.
- What payment methods are available?
We currently only accept payment by credit card. However, we do not accept checks, money orders, wire transfers or cash on delivery.
- What are the delivery times?
Please allow 3 - 7 working days for preparation of your order before delivery.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.
- How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.You can follow the status of your order directly on our site in the section Track my order
If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 working days after your order, please check your spam and promotional messages first. If you still cannot find the email containing your tracking number, please to contact us via our contact page or our social networks.
The tracking number is often already activated when you receive it. If you receive your tracking number and it is inactive please wait 2-5 business days for it to be activated, if this time has passed please contact us.
It may happen in some cases that the status of your order is not updated automatically after each step, this is completely normal, especially when it is in transit between our warehouses and your country of destination. Please wait for 7-10 business days.
- I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping may take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still think you need help tracking your package or would like to inquire about it, please contact us through our contact page or through our social media.
- Can I receive my packages separately?
We always try to send your order in one package. If necessary such as: large order, out of stock, restocking, sending from different warehouses or others, you may receive your order in several packages. We cannot be held responsible for additional taxes and customs fees in accordance with import duties in your country.
- Is there a customs tax applied to the delivery?
For each package, VAT is included in the price! You will therefore not have to pay the customs tax of around €9 when your order arrives!
- I have a problem with my order or a question, can I contact someone?
We have an after-sales service available from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., by email (contact@maxikits.com) or via private messages on Instagram and Messenger.
- I haven't received all of my order...
You may not receive your entire order in one package. Don't worry, the other products will be delivered to you soon.
